when bhagavan vishnu took the varaaha avataar in a pig form, the other ordinary pigs failed to recognise its uniqueness. they accapted him as one of them. but in ramayana when maareesan took the form of a deer to lure rama away from sita, other deers in that jungle ran away from this deer. he failed to become a deer in all sense in true sense because his power is limited. when vishnu as ram came to earth he has all the strength, weakness other human qualities like anyother human.

The sentiments expressed by Lal is forthright and it is really touching that a stadium that is in shambles reminds him of the days he came along here with his twin sister. I am sure the stadium will be renovated some day and he will be able to go there again.

Lord Padmanabha is the light of Ananathapuri. We have to reconnect to him now.In today's world people are moving away from the rightoeus path that the Lord has designed. For the well being of the world and in particular,Thiruvanathapuram, we should go back to him and understand that how enriched we can be.The body is temporary but the soul is permanent. A revival to reconnect with God is essential for the good of our country. I thank Madam Uma for providing the precise aspects of what our Hindhu dharma stands for.I suggest she put forward her knowledge for the benefit of devotees in the form of a publication or any other convenient form. God bless all of us.

Lord padhmanabha is universal- god. vaishnavites worship only lord vishnu. they surrender themselves to him in later life completely to attain MOKSHA after death. people remember god when they reach old age, they turn in to spirituality read holy books, thivya prabhanthams for self realisation.but when ou surrender your self with out any ego at the lotus feet of lord padhmanabha death wont frighten you. you are from him. you go back to him. you realise the ultimate truth of birth death drama. nothing moves in this universe without his consent, everything is predestined.so accept the good and bad happennings, the tragedies of life with out much remorse. this acceptance, the total surrender to god only can give you salvation.chant NAMO NARAYANA each breath you took chant his name, this name will show you enlightment for your soul. you dont have to go to junkle and do any TAPASYA or renounce this family life, just chant the name of lord. NAMO NARAYANA.

Goddess Bhagavathi- mother- enta ammae bhagavathi narayani-devotees callher to rescue them from the sufferings of this worldly life. all share their fears, sorrows to their mother. in that sense we can share our happiness, grief anger resentment everything to bhagavathi.when you enter any temple there will be positive mystic vibrations will be there in the air, those with purity of mind can feel the vibrations and respond. others will look around here and there gossip leave empty handed.only those who are blessed with purity can receive the response from above. goddess listen to our prayer reciprocate. after having a bath with physical and mental purification when you enter any temple with true devotion those waves will engulf you.like in a trance you look at the image og devi, you can talk to her silently. i used to have this magic experience from my childhood. devotees can share their experiences.

SREE VARAHAM TEMPLE--lord maha vishnu in varaha avataar is the presiding deity here. when asura king iranyatchahan wanted to show his power, he rolled the paathaal lok. bhoomi, and heaven in a mat form hide it under the sea. to save all the living forms, and bhoomi devi from disaster, mahavishnu assumed a form of a pig, dive under the sea andrescued the earth. this avataar was one of the dasavatharam mentioned in the scripts. only at thiruvananthapuram a temple is constructed more than 6000years back for this varaha avatar, nowhere else. Here the lord is worshiped in this unique form. inside the temple devotees can feel heaven send good vibrations, which lifts ur soul heavenwords.
