Hari om. om namo narayanaya.God reclining on sesha naag is the main deity in this temple. puranas especially Bhagavad purana says after creating this universe Maha vishnu took this form under the sea, that is paarkadal[milk ocean.]why god is recling in this pasture, leaving the running of this life forms to others. when the end of the dooms day, kali yug approaches then only he will took another avataar to end this universe.lot of stories and theories supports this idea, even in Bhagavad gita Lord krishna says that when the dharma is over ruled by Atharma to save the living beings i may appear again. this is like a pre warning, the world is going through such bad times, i pray to lord Hari to appear in any form to give some solace to this suffering world. one of the unanswered mysteries of this universe is what happens after death?Lot of manuals are written about soul, karma, heaven, rebirth, the atman never dies, but this question is not answered till date.Every religion has some rituals after one's death, prayer for the peace of the soul is the motive.Why? WHAT IS ATMA?if the body and mind and soul theory is true where is our mind.our thoughts are the mind,there is no specific mind in our bodies.i often wondered about this soul taking birth one after another till it attains moksha,how many times we have to undergo birth death rebirth cycle? Like this more interesting mysteries are still haunting human minds.some have good life, others suffer a lot all due to previous karma,the fate or the destiny is deciding one's life,death etc,such confusing theories. untimely deaths, tragic deaths are the results of our karma the scripts says. is it true?

Sri Rama navami is celebrated on 12th April with bhakti and shradhda.Maha vishnu took birth as Lord Ram to teach the mankind basic dharma of a man.Ram WAS BORN ON THIS DAY. Ramayana was written centuries back, but Hindus remember lord Ram and worship him with reverence.Another avataar off god is krishna. The two deities worshipped with devotion even today are only Ram and Krishna, some consider them as only characters from the epics, but mere characters from stories could never beccome some divine character. Today vishu the new year, krishna temples celebrate with special KANI, which is offering fruits, vegs, money etc in front of the idol and people will have a darshan of god along with this kani on that auspicious day early morning. This will bring prosperity.
